We Do Change was started with one clear and key mission: to make change simple, regardless of the project methodology. We also think change can be fun.

We Do Change is proudly West Australian, working on the land of the Wadjuk (Perth region) people of the Nyoongar nation. We work closely with companies in WA, and collaborate with teams on national and global projects.
Our Story
At We Do Change, our strength is at the nexus of people, culture, technology and organisations. With experience in projects across a variety of industries including resources, telecommunications, utilities, and higher education, we have worked with all kinds of delivery methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, waterfall and hybrid. Our expertise includes people and organisational change, technology and systems changes, digital transformation, and human resources, and formal change certifications include change Prosci and Agile Change.
